How does Proposals Work?
HEC provide free proposals up to 30 miles from the Shop Location. Any Proposal outside that 30 Miles will be billed $50 for Residential and $200 for Commercial. Fee is waived if Proposal is Signed before Proposal expiration date.

Hylton’s Electric Connection was contracted to replace the electrical at Thompson Chapel Church, in the Fellowship Hall.
Bud came out to the church and drew up what we wanted and needed done. Keep in mind this church is over a hundred years old. He wrote up a proposal and the church approved without a blink.
Last week they came out on Wednesday morning to start the job. On Thursday evening about 5:30, the job was complete. It looks amazing and we, the church will tell everyone about our experience with Hylton’s.
